I don’t know what country you are reading this in but if you’re in the UK, you will be well aware of the Dry Hands shortage. It’s not as big a deal as the many other shortages we could be facing but it’s no picnic when you can’t grip the pole for more than two seconds before you slip back down!Continue reading “I spent over £70 Trying Different Pole Grips so that You Don’t Have to!”
If you aren’t already aware, I care deeply about environmental issues. However, when it comes to pole, aerial and the environment, I often wonder if there is more we could be doing. There is a lot of time to be spent binge-watching your favourite shows at the moment. I don’t know about you, but I have been curating lists on as many streaming platforms as possible to keep my mind entertained each day. And as I was scrolling through the free content available on All4 the other day, I found a few documentaries that were quite specific to the pole, aerial, and general “alternative” female lifestyles (I really don’t know how to describe such a broad term). This is why I’m here to help you make the most of your time indoors with my “How to self-isolate” guide!
After the success of my last article, I have found myself struggling to find things to say. It’s not because of anything negative, but because so many of you read it that I think I’m feeling the pressure to top it! Disclaimer: This post has been written in a bit of a flurry so I apologise in advance is anything I say is inaccurate or offends someone in some way. It’s hard to articulate when you’re a bit rattled!
If you’re an aerialist, stripper or a woman who whos a little bit of skin from time to time, you will likely be quite aware of the recent Instagram crackdown that’s occurring. We can all agree it’s quite annoying, but the issue lies much deeper than a few hashtags.
Hooray! You have finally made the decision to purchase your first X-pole for home training! It’s such an exciting feeling when you know you can finally train in the comfort of your own home, whenever you have the time. After all, sometimes life can get in the way of your studio time. I know I’m guilty of having to skip class because of adult reasons X, Y and Z!
